Software Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation Testing

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer for an AI Enabled Enterprise Solutions Platform.

Job Profile :

- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, or API-based applications.

- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define testing strategies.

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

- Analyze test results, identify issues, and assist in troubleshooting.

- Maintain and enhance the test automation framework.

- Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives regarding quality processes and tools.

- Log detailed, reproducible bug reports and verify bug fixes.

- Help improve CI/CD pipeline integration with automated tests.

- Stay current with new testing tools and test strategies.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of QA experience, including at least 1 year in test automation.

- Strong understanding of QA concepts such as SDLC, STLC, test case design, and defect management.

- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent.

- Basic to intermediate programming/scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred :

- Experience with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow).

- Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).

- Understanding of performance testing using tools like JMeter, k6, or similar.

- Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
