Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Software Manager to lead a team of skilled engineers in developing advanced wafer inspection solutions. The role involves building scalable, high-performance software systems using modern technologies including AI/ML/DL, while driving innovation and next-generation architecture in a high-volume, real-time environment.

Must Have Requirements :

- Total experience between 1016 years

- Minimum 4 years of recent experience in C++ or C#

- Experience in Windows or Web-based applications

- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience as a Manager (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust applications

- Drive next-generation architecture and technology stack evolution

- Enhance and maintain existing platforms and features

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards

- Identify and mitigate technical risks

- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams

- Contribute to process improvements and innovation initiatives

Required Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, C++, and Python

- Experience with AI/ML technologies

- Knowledge of UX (wireframing, prototyping, user flows)

- Familiarity with open-source technologies

- Strong understanding of design patterns and architecture

Essential Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

- Expertise in modern and legacy system integration

- Ability to evaluate and choose appropriate technologies

- Strong communication and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering

- Hands-on experience in AI/ML/DL (Deep Learning infrastructure)

- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Codeium)

- Exposure to semiconductor or product-based companies

- Knowledge of high-performance computing (CPU/GPU)

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
