Skills Required :

- Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams across mixed technology stacks (C/C++) supporting mission-critical telecom billing platforms.

- Domain knowledge of telecom billing systems (rating, charging, invoicing, financial integrations) with a focus on high availability and operational stability.

- Demonstrated success delivering incremental modernization of legacy platforms while maintaining SLA, SOX, and production reliability requirements.

- Proven ability to partner with vendors, product, and architecture teams to influence technical roadmaps and align delivery with business outcomes.

- Experience driving engineering excellence through modern DevOps practices, CI/CD, automation, code quality, security, and documentation standards in regulated environments.
