Software Engineering Manager - Full Stack Technologies

Role Overview :

We are seeking a hands-on Software Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team in building scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is a strong technologist with proven leadership in backend engineering, cloud-native development, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across backend, frontend, and platform areas.

- Drive architecture, design reviews, and scalability improvements for core systems.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps teams for timely, high-quality releases.

- Establish best practices in agile development, testing automation, and CI/CD.

- Build reusable components and frameworks for low-code / AI-driven applications.

- Contribute to technical hiring, mentoring, and team capability development.

Mandatory Criteria :

- Experience : Minimum 4+ years hands-on in software development; at least 1+ year in a mentoring or leadership role.

- Backend Expertise : Strong experience in Java / Node.js / Go / Python (any one).

- Frontend Exposure : Working knowledge of React / Angular / Vue frameworks.

- Architecture Skills : Solid understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure).

- DevOps Proficiency : Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Education : Graduate from a Tier-1 engineering institute (IIT, BITS, IIIT, NSUT, DTU, etc.).

- Company Background : Must be from a top-tier, product-based environment (Enterprise B2B SaaS preferred).

Preferred Criteria :

- Experience in building or scaling SaaS / platform-based products.

- Exposure to GenAI / LLMs, data pipelines, or workflow automation.

- Prior experience in startup or high-growth product environments.
