Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer WiFi Development with 36 years of experience in developing software components for Linux and Android-based infotainment platforms. The role requires strong programming skills, in-depth knowledge of WiFi standards and security protocols, and experience with in-vehicle infotainment systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain WiFi software components for Linux and Android infotainment platforms.

- Implement WiFi features such as Access Point, Station, and WiFi Direct.

- Work on WiFi protocol stack development for 802.11n, 802.11ac, and 802.11ax standards.

- Develop and integrate WiFi security standards (WPA2, WPA3).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate WiFi features into In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) systems.

- Debug, capture, and analyze WiFi sniffer logs and pcap files for troubleshooting and optimization.

- Support execution of WiFi Alliance certification testing.

- Contribute to continuous improvements in network stack performance and reliability.

Technical Knowledge & Skills :

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Electronics or related field.

- 3 to 6 years of experience in WiFi software development for Linux/Android platforms.

- Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Java.

- Experience in Android AOSP and Linux-based infotainment build environments.

- Solid understanding of Linux and Android network stacks.

- Hands-on experience with WiFi features in In-Vehicle Infotainment systems.

- Proficient in capturing and analyzing WiFi sniffer logs (pcap).

- Execution experience with WiFi Alliance certification processes.
