- Design develop and implement customized solutions within ServiceNow for assigned modules SRE SPM HAM SAM.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications workflows and modules based on best practices.

- Support integration of ServiceNow with other ITSM and ITOM tools.

- Solid understanding of software license models and hardware lifecycle management.

- Perform system administration upgrades and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.

- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations processes and procedures.

- Provide training and support to endusers and administrators.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for ITSM processes.

- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow features enhancements and industry best practices.

Required Skills Experience :

- Strong experience 4 years in ServiceNow platform development and administration.

- Hands on experience in any one or more of the following modules.

- HAM Hardware Asset Management.

- SAM Software Asset Management.

- Experience with ServiceNow scripting JavaScript Jelly RESTSOAP integrations workflows and UI policies.

- Knowledge of ITSM ITOM and IT asset management concepts.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade and patching processes.

- Ability to work in Agile Scrum teams.

- Strong problem solving analytical and communication skills.
