Position Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce/Vlocity developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, Vlocity/OmniStudio, integrations, and API services.

Key Technical Requirements :

- Salesforce development with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components/Aura Components

- Salesforce Flows, custom objects, profiles, data migration

- Vlocity/OmniStudio OmniScript, Flex Cards, DataRaptor, Integration Procedures

- Vlocity/Salesforce integrations with external systems

- REST and SOAP API integrations

- JSON and web services

- Apex classes and triggers

- Lightning pages and Web Components

- Data mapping, transformation, and validation

- Integration with platforms such as GCP, MuleSoft, and other business applications

- Salesforce development best practices, test classes, documentation, and deployment/release management

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components to meet evolving business needs and enhance system performance.

- Implement complex industry-specific workflows using Vlocity and OmniStudio to streamline customer interactions and reduce time-to-market for new features.

- Integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems and GCP environments by building and maintaining secure REST and SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data flow across the ecosystem.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance tuning to maintain high standards of code quality and system reliability for end-users.

- Partner with stakeholders to translate abstract business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring the final delivery aligns with strategic organizational goals.
