About the Role :

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer with strong expertise in React Native and React JS to take on a hybrid role with 25% leadership responsibilities and 75% technical development. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining front-end applications across both web and mobile platforms, driving technical excellence while mentoring and guiding team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a small team of developers while contributing hands-on to coding and solution design.

- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance mobile (React Native) and web (React JS) applications.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Ensure best practices in front-end development, including performance optimization, code quality, and responsive design.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application functionality across platforms.

- Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong expertise in React Native (mandatory) for mobile application development.

- Hands-on experience in React JS for web front-end development.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience integrating APIs and working with REST/GraphQL.

- Solid understanding of front-end architecture, state management, and UI/UX principles.

- Ability to balance leadership responsibilities (25%) with technical coding (75%).

Good to Have :

- Exposure to TypeScript and modern front-end build tools.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and DevOps practices.

- Experience with mobile app deployment (iOS/Android).

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
