Role Overview :

Were seeking a Software Craftsperson who brings deep experience in Ruby on Rails, embraces eXtreme Programming (XP) principles, and is passionate about writing clean, test-driven code. - Clean, Maintainable Code : Deliver self-explanatory, reliable, and elegant solutions.

What We're Looking For :

- Hands-on knowledge of React, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript

- Proven experience with Ruby on Rails and Test-Driven Development

- Strong fundamentals in OOP, data structures, algorithms, and design principles

- Background in Agile and XP methodologies with CI/CD pipelines

- Experience designing scalable web architecture and optimizing infrastructure

- Proficiency in using version control, bug tracking, and writing technical documentation
