Job Description :.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Apps & Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust low-code solutions tailored to business needs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Platform components and a passion for workflow automation, integration, and user-centric applications.

Experience in AI and analytics will be a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities :.

- Develop custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven apps).

- Design and implement workflows using Power Automate to streamline and automate business processes.

- Create, configure, and manage custom connectors in Power Apps to integrate external data and services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications.

- Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces and seamless user experiences using low-code tools.

- Leverage AI Builder, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents where applicable for analytics and automation solutions.

- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes and improvements.

- Maintain and support existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

- Utilize Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar tools for version control, task tracking, and deployment.

- Follow best practices in solution architecture, data modeling, performance tuning, and governance.

Required Skills and Qualifications :.

Technical Skills :.

- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas apps required; Model-driven a plus).

- Strong knowledge of Power Automate for business process automation.

- Experience working with custom connectors and Microsoft Dataverse.

- Familiarity with AI, advanced analytics, and Power Platform automation tools.

- Good understanding of relational databases and integration using APIs, HTTP, JSON, OData, and Azure services.

- Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub for source control and CI/CD.

- Understanding of security roles, environment management, and application lifecycle management in Power Platform.

- Domain Knowledge (Preferred but Not Mandatory) :

- Experience or familiarity with the Payments domain is an added advantage.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Agile/Scrum methodology understanding is a plus.

Education :.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
