About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Apps & Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust low-code solutions tailored to business needs. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on workflow automation, integration, and user-centric applications. Experience in AI, advanced analytics, and payment domain knowledge will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) and Power Automate workflows.

- Build and configure custom connectors to integrate with external systems.

- Implement automation, AI, and analytics-driven solutions to enhance business processes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-centric applications.

- Support integration with Microsoft ecosystem tools (Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, etc.).

- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.

- Work with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub) for CI/CD and version control.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

- Strong knowledge of workflow automation and integration concepts.

- Proficiency with Canvas Apps development.

- Familiarity with custom connectors development and APIs.

- Basic knowledge of DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, GitHub).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with AI, advanced analytics, and automation solutions.

- Exposure to Payment domain or Financial Services industry.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365 integration.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
