We are looking for 2 offshore developers who can work full-time for approximately three months to support the full build cycle, including development, testing/tuning, and UAT.

The offshore team will work with onshore manager in PST. So we expect to have a couple of hours of overlap

Required Technical Stack :

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with :

- Linux / Debian Server

- Apache

- PHP 8.x

- MariaDB / MySQL

- Laravel

- Vue.js

- PrimeVue

Ideal Candidate Profile :

We are looking for developers who have experience building internal business applications or marketplace-style platforms using Laravel and Vue.js. Candidates should be comfortable working across the full application stack, including backend development, database work, frontend implementation, and deployment/support in a Linux-based environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and enhance features for the Fresche Marketplace internal application

- Develop backend functionality using PHP/Laravel

- Build frontend components using Vue.js and PrimeVue

- Work with MariaDB/MySQL for database design, queries, and optimization

- Support testing, issue resolution, tuning, and UAT readiness

- Collaborate with Fresche stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

- Work under the technical direction of Fresche's product/technical leadership

Interview Process :

The first interview will include our Director of Operations, who will help validate that the candidate's experience aligns with the functional requirements of the project. If that round goes well there will be an additional round from another senior leader to assess technical depth and potentially move to offer.

Prioritizing Candidates With :

- Strong Laravel + Vue.js experience

- Prior PrimeVue or component library experience

- Experience with PHP 8.x

- Strong MySQL/MariaDB skills

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with North American stakeholders

- Availability to start quickly once budget approval is finalized
