Software Engineer - PHP Frameworks

Description :

- Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize PHP-based web applications.

- Build and integrate front-end components using React.js.

- Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.

- Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.

- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

- Perform benchmarking, debugging, and optimization.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern, user-friendly interfaces.

- Work with version control systems and follow best development practices.

- Participate in code reviews and follow Agile development methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Backend / Core Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in PHP development.

- Good understanding of MySQL / relational databases.

- Familiarity with modern authorization mechanisms such as JWT (JSON Web Token).

- Experience integrating backend services with front-end applications.

Frontend Skills :

- Hands-on experience with React.js.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

- Strong understanding of React.js core principles.

- Experience with React workflows such as Redux or Flux.

- Familiarity with front-end build tools and pipelines (Babel, Webpack, NPM).

- Knowledge of responsive and cross-browser design principles.

General Skills :

- Familiarity with Git or other version control tools.

- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Strong problem-solving and optimization skills.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have (Nice-to-Have Skills):

- Experience with Node.js, Next.js.

- Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD for UI collaboration.

- Experience working with SuiteCRM, SugarCRM.

- Exposure to full-stack development environments.

- Prior experience in performance tuning and scalable architecture.
