As a Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications within a microservices architecture. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into robust and efficient technical solutions. Your work will directly impact the user experience and contribute to the overall success of our products by ensuring their reliability, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop new features and enhancements for our existing applications using React.js for the front-end and .Net for the back-end microservices, ensuring high performance and scalability for our users.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to established coding standards and best practices, to maintain the quality and maintainability of our codebase for the engineering team.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and identify potential issues early in the development process for the entire team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, working collaboratively with the operations team to minimize downtime and ensure a seamless user experience for our customers.

- Contribute to the design and implementation of our microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability for the long-term growth of the platform.

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals for the stakeholders.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain complex web applications using React.js, including experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) and component-based architectures.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices using .Net, including a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, message queues, and distributed systems principles.

- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices, with a focus on writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment, collaborating with a distributed team in a hybrid work setup based in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
