- Design and develop cloud-native applications using .NET and React

- Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code) as a core part of daily engineering workflow

- Leverage AI to understand, refine, and estimate work items and technical requirements

- Use AI to review pull requests, identify issues, and improve code quality

- Identify and drive new automation opportunities across the development lifecycle

- Prototype and deliver AI-powered features and experiences within applications

- Ensure and maintain the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and develop solutions to resolve them

- Contribute to design meetings, planning sessions, project estimations and architecture discussions

- Build testable software with quality unit tests

- Build and maintain QA/UAT/Production releases and related documentation

- Champion and share AI-native processes and new ways of working across the wider team

- Report progress, challenges and risks at regular intervals
