Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer D365 with a minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and developing functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .Net (C#) development, extensive experience with integrations, and a deep understanding of common design patterns.

This role is for a proactive and collaborative professional who can work effectively in a cross-functional Agile environment to deliver high-quality and integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a lead developer for a Dynamics 365FO implementation, focusing on the design and development of innovative applications.

- Implement and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions to meet business requirements.

- Develop integrations into other internal systems using APIs and technologies such as JSON, XML, Postman, and SOAPUI.

- Work on data migration activities, which are typical of transformation projects.

- Build and work on CI/CD pipelines using platforms like Azure DevOps or VSTS.

- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, actively participating in scrum ceremonies and fostering a DevOps culture.

- Evaluate and challenge functional and technical requirements and designs to ensure optimal solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics AX using X++.

- 2+ years of specific experience in designing and developing functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations using X++.

- 3 to 5 years of development experience on the .Net Framework (C#).

- Strong experience with SSRS, VSTS, Integrations, Reporting, forms, tables, and classes.

- Proven ability to develop integrations using APIs and various technologies.

- Experience working on a CI/CD platform such as Azure DevOps.

- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Azure environment.

- Deep understanding of common design patterns for D365 AX or FINOP.

- Strong systems, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on a legacy transformation project.

- Experience with ALM tools like Jira or Confluence.

- Proven ability to work in an onshore/offshore environment
