- Ensure smooth interaction between kernel and user-land processes.

Programming & Solution Design :

- Write efficient, secure, and maintainable code in C/C++ for Windows environments.

- Apply strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms to optimize performance.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices across the team.

Networking & Security Integration :

- Implement and maintain features related to networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, SSL/TLS, IPSec, VPN).

- Work on secure communication modules, ensuring compliance with encryption and security standards.

- Troubleshoot network-related kernel or driver-level issues.

System Architecture & Design :

- Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to design scalable and secure system-level software.

- Contribute to design documents and propose improvements for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Mentorship & Leadership :

- Lead a small team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentoring.

- Break down complex problems into tasks and assign them effectively.

- Support team members in debugging complex kernel and networking issues.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with QA, DevOps, and Product Management teams to align on requirements and deliverables.

- Ensure smooth communication with offshore/onshore stakeholders, especially since the role is remote.

Troubleshooting & Support :

- Provide advanced support during escalations involving system crashes, performance degradation, or network failures.

- Use kernel debuggers, profiling tools, and logging systems to diagnose issues.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest Windows kernel internals, networking protocols, and security trends.
