Position : Kore.AI Developer (Experienced on Kore.ai Platform)

Exp : 2 to 8Yrs (with min 1+Yrs in Kore.Ai Platform)

Location : Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Duration : Full Time 100% Onsite

Time : 2.00 PM to 11.00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities :

Platform Development : Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions using the Kore.AI platform.

Conversational AI : Build conversational AI solutions, including AI chatbots and AI agents, to create engaging user experiences.

Automation : Design and build automated workflows to streamline business processes using Automation AI.

Omnichannel Integration : Integrate solutions with multiple channels to ensure a seamless experience for end-users.

Contact Center Solutions : Develop AI solutions tailored for contact center environments, optimizing customer service operations with Contact Center AI.

Advanced Technologies : Utilize your skills in NLP, LLM integrations, Prompt Engineering, and ASR/TTS to enhance AI solution capabilities.

XO 11 : Leverage XO 11 tools and technologies to build robust and scalable solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience : 2 to 8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 1+ year on the Kore.AI platform.

Technical Skills : Proven hands-on experience with the Kore.AI platform and building conversational AI solutions.

Core Competencies : Expertise in AI Automation, omnichannel integrations, and enterprise system connectivity.

Specialised Knowledge : Proficiency in NLP, LLM integrations, Prompt Engineering, and ASR/TTS.
