Key Responsibilities and Duties :

- Develop and maintain APIs, tools and capabilities to centralise data events.

- Solve technical problems to improve our development process, increase our efficiency and unlock new business opportunities.

- Contribute to technical discussion around software architecture and help the team to make decisions that are agile, incremental and beneficial for the long term.

- Systematically identify patterns and underlying issues in complex situations, and to find solutions by applying logical and analytical thinking.

- Provide stable and well-defined solutions to simplify and accelerate business decisions as well as strengthen the integrity of our payment pipelines.

The job requirements :

- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in software engineering with strong knowledge of at least one language like Java (Preferrable), Python or Golang.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field or 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the specialty as equivalent.

- Proven experience with System Design and Software Architecture.

- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Experience working with teams located in different time zones is a plus.

- Experience with Reliability, Site Reliability, Observability and Monitoring is strong plus.
