- Strong experience to Java Full Stack Developer - Java, Angular/React.js, SQL

- Hands-on experience in web development, web services, Web API, and cloud technologies.

- Familiarity with design patterns and dependency injection frameworks.

- Knowledge/experience in web applications (HTML, JavaScript, DHTML).

- Deliver high-quality work with standardized code formats.

- Excellent creative, analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Ability to understand business requirements.

- Capability to independently devise algorithmic solutions considering complexity and performance.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- 7+ years of relevant experience.

Full Stack Development :

- Design and develop backend services using Java / Spring Boot / J2EE.

- Implement interactive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.js / Angular / Vue.js.

- Integrate APIs and manage client-server communications using RESTful web services.

- Work with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, using SQL and ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate).

- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Communication & Collaboration :

- Liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to gather and clarify business and technical requirements.

- Participate in meetings, presentations, and status updates using Japanese (business level or native).

- Translate technical specifications, documents, and reports between English and Japanese.

- Serve as a cultural and communication bridge between onshore Japanese teams and offshore technical teams.

Agile & DevOps :

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing frameworks.

- Support deployment activities on cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP.
