Role Overview:

As a Software Engineer based in Gurgaon, you will be at the forefront of building scalable, high-performance backend systems that power our core product offerings. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java to ensure high availability and fault tolerance for critical business operations.

- Develop and optimize complex algorithms and data structures to improve system latency and resource efficiency across our backend infrastructure.

- Architect robust HLD and LLD solutions to support evolving product features while maintaining clean, maintainable, and modular codebases.

- Integrate LLM-based workflows and RAG pipelines using Langchain to deliver intelligent, data-driven features that provide tangible value to our customers.

- Lead code reviews and technical discussions to foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement within the development team.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot production issues and implement proactive monitoring strategies to minimize downtime.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in Java development, with a deep understanding of Java streams and modern concurrency patterns to build high-performance applications.

- Strong proficiency in designing microservices architecture, backed by a solid grasp of HLD and LLD principles to solve complex engineering challenges.

- Proven ability to implement AI-driven solutions, specifically utilizing LLMs, RAG frameworks, and Langchain to build intelligent, scalable software components.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a rigorous approach to data structures and algorithms that ensures optimal performance in resource-constrained environments.
