- Design, develop, and maintain scalable platform services used across multiple engineering teams.

- Build highly available, fault-tolerant backend systems capable of handling large-scale production workloads.

- Architect distributed services, reusable APIs, and foundational platform frameworks.

- Develop high-performance systems for large-scale data ingestion, processing, aggregation, and retrieval.

- Improve platform scalability, reliability, observability, and operational efficiency.

- Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver robust platform capabilities.

- Contribute to technical architecture, engineering standards, and long-term platform strategy.

- Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and technical guidance.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and enhance system resilience.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience building large-scale backend applications.

- Strong experience designing and operating distributed systems in production.

- Expertise in scalable backend architectures and microservices.

- Experience processing large datasets comprising millions of records.

- Strong programming skills in Python or Java.

- Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, consistency, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.

- Experience building platform services and reusable backend frameworks.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
