Software Engineer II - Python/React.js/PostgreSQL

Position : Software Engineer II

Location : Bangalore (HSR/Koramangala)

Role Overview :

• Develop and maintain software applications using Python, Postgres, React, Typescript, and BigQuery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and software trends.
• Contribute to the improvement of the software development process and tools.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Postgres, React, Typescript, and BigQuery.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
