- Implement solutions using RSA Archer use cases (GRC Modules) such as Risk Management, Compliance Management, Issue Management, Third-Party Risk, Incident Management, Audit Management, Business Continuity, and Policy Management.

- Perform application development using Archer modules Data Driven Events (DDE), iViews, Custom Objects, Data Feeds, Calculated Fields, Notifications, and Workflows.

- Build and maintain Archer On-Demand Applications (ODA) to address business-specific requirements.

- Integrate Archer platform with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Data Feeds, SQL, SFTP etc.

- Develop and optimize Access Roles, Groups, Record Permissions, and Field-Level Access Controls.

- Conduct impact analysis and implement upgrade or patch enhancements while ensuring system performance and compatibility.

- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate into functional/technical design documents.

- Perform UAT support, troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and RCA for issues.

- Create reusable components, process automation scripts, and maintain technical documentation.

- Ensure platform aligns with GRC best practices, compliance standards, and risk management frameworks.

Advanced Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Archer implementation and manage project life cycle from design to deployment.

- Architect multi-module integrated solutions, ensuring scalability, data integrity, and security.

- Mentor and guide junior Archer developers, perform code reviews, enforce development standards.

- Propose enhancements, automation opportunities, configuration improvements, and workflow optimization.

- Work closely with GRC process owners, IT risk teams, and senior business leaders to define roadmap.

- Drive Archer administration tasks including instance management, user provisioning, deployment, patching & performance monitoring.

- Manage Archer platform migrations (On-prem ? Cloud) and contribute to strategic development initiatives.
