Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior full stack Engineer strong in backend to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions. The role involves end-to-end ownership of the software development lifecycle, close collaboration with cross functional teams and vendor partners, and mentorship of junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze user requirements and design scalable, fault-tolerant backend solutions.

- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

- Develop, test, and refine high-quality code ensuring stability and compatibility.

- Create and maintain clear technical specifications and documentation.

- Deploy, monitor, and maintain frontend, backend systems and applications.

- Collect and evaluate user feedback to drive product improvements.

- Manage the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Collaborate closely with management, technical teams, and vendor partners to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

- Provide Level 2 (L2/L3) application support and mentor junior engineers.

- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with Java for backend development.

- Proficiency in RDBMS (preferably PostgreSQL) with solid SQL knowledge.

- Exposure to AngularJS / ReactJS or any other front-end technologies like JavaScript / JSP.

- Proven expertise in building and scaling RESTful APIs/services.

- Good to have familiarity with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lamda).

- Experience in CI/CD pipeline development and management.

- Working knowledge of unit testing frameworks and practices.

- Familiarity with Python and .NET framework (preferred).

- Proficient in using version control systems (GIT, SVN).
