Job Description - Full Stack Developer

Position : Software engineer

Notice Period : Immediate joiners preferred (030 days)

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer who can design, develop, and maintain scalable applications end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies, with strong expertise in databases, APIs, and cloud platforms. You will be responsible for building high-performance applications, ensuring quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Take ownership of features from design , coding , testing , deployment.

- Develop and maintain responsive front-end applications using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

- Build robust back-end services using Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.

- Design and manage databases (SQL and/or NoSQL such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Develop and integrate RESTful / GraphQL APIs.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.

- Use Git (version control) to manage codebase efficiently.

- Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, QA) in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.

- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and production support.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

- Mentor team members, share knowledge, and contribute to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-10 years of proven experience in full stack development.

- Strong proficiency in :

1. Front-end : JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, React/Angular/Vue.js

2. Back-end : Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET

- Experience with databases : MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (SQL & NoSQL).

- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes.

- Strong understanding of web application architecture.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have :

- Domain certifications (cloud/technology specific).

- Experience in customer-facing discussions, requirement clarifications, and product demos.

- Exposure to large-scale, high-traffic applications.
