Responsibilities

- Develop understanding of the organizations business processes and identify areas of improvement

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define software requirements and system architecture

- Design, develop, and maintain user-centric web applications and internal tools

- Build dashboards, workflow engines, and REST APIs

- Implement robust data models and ensure seamless integration with third-party systems

- Maintain clean, scalable, and secure codebases with version control

- Support deployment and testing phases, including UAT

- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

- Conduct training for business usersand provide support on day-to-day issues /challenges

- Continuously improve system performance and user experience

Qualifications :

- 1-4 years of full-stack development experience (Fresh graduates with a passion for learning also welcome)

- Proficiency in PHP, front-end (React) and back-end (Node.js/Express.js/Next.js) frameworks

- Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgresSQL, MongoDB, Supabase)

- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferred

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern dev workflows

- Understanding of SFTP & SSO integrations with other platforms

- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or related field like BCA.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to work in a startup environment with dynamic priorities

Bonus If You Have :

- Experience with ERP, CRM, or HR tech systems

- Worked on nonprofit or impact-driven platforms or manufacturing companies.

- Contributions to open-source projects
