Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned Software Engineer to join our frontend engineering team in Bangalore, where you will be responsible for architecting and building high-performance, scalable user interfaces that define our product experience.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into seamless, intuitive web applications. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our frontend ecosystem, ensuring that our platform remains fast, accessible, and visually compelling for our global user base.

By driving technical excellence and mentoring junior developers, you will directly influence our product's growth and our team's engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain robust frontend components using React.js and TypeScript to ensure high code quality and long-term maintainability for our core product features.

- Optimize web application performance by implementing advanced rendering techniques with Next.js, directly improving page load times and user retention metrics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional design and product teams to iterate on UI/UX prototypes, ensuring that the final implementation aligns perfectly with user needs and business objectives.

- Establish and enforce frontend best practices, including unit testing and code reviews, to minimize technical debt and ensure a stable production environment for our customers.

- Lead the migration of legacy modules to modern frameworks, enhancing the overall scalability and security of our frontend infrastructure.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex, responsive web applications using JavaScript, React.js, and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of modern browser rendering pipelines.

- Proven ability to leverage Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation to solve real-world performance challenges.

- Strong command of semantic HTML5 and CSS3, with a focus on creating accessible, cross-browser compatible interfaces that meet rigorous design standards.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and foster a collaborative environment within a hybrid work setup in Bangalore.

- A proactive mindset toward problem-solving and a track record of delivering high-quality software in fast-paced, agile development environments.

- Candidates should possess 4 to 10 years of professional experience in frontend development, ideally backed by a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
