A Day in the Life :
As a Cold Fusion Developer, you will have the opportunity to work with a powerful web application using some of the latest technologies with a brilliant, talented bunch of developers.
You will work with other development team members to design, develop, test, and launch new functionality for our platform.
This position will be in our Pune Office.
In This Role Candidates Will :
- Contribute to lifecycle Flow and value streams by following and prescribing methodologies and best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior development team members.
- Solve the most difficult software development challenges.
- Maintain balance of business and technical acumen in decision making.
- Contribute to source-code management and work item tracking best practices.
- Contribute to the estimation process during planning exercises.
- Provide consultation for the development management team.

Must Have Skills :
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in ColdFusion development (CFML), including frameworks such as ColdBox, FW/1, or Model-Glue.
- Design, Develop and maintain web applications and solutions in Cold Fusion, HTML, CSS, Java
Script.
- Exposure to front-end technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
- Developing highly optimized database applications/Queries based on SQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP), XML, and JSON.
- Experience with bug tracking and version control software (e.g. Git).
- Understanding of MVC architecture, Object-oriented programming (OOP) design and
principles.
- Experience with ColdFusion Builder and ColdFusion Report Builder.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with thorough attention to detail, quality, and
precision.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a natural willingness to get the job done.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, Agile team environment.
Nice To Have :
- Knowledge of Java or any other backend programming skills will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Event Management software systems, membership management systems, or
other association software tools.
