Key Responsibilities :

- Design, architect, and develop scalable infrastructure solutions for distributed systems.

- Create technical design documents and drive architectural decisions.

- Build reliable, resilient, and highly available backend infrastructure.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and platform teams to prioritize high-impact initiatives.

- Improve system performance, scalability, observability, and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth.

- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous platform improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

- 4+ years of experience building infrastructure for distributed systems or cloud-native applications.

- Strong programming experience in Go, Python, Java, C++, or similar languages.

- Solid understanding of distributed systems, networking, and system design principles.

- Experience designing scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly available systems.

- Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, testing methodologies, and code quality.

- Experience writing technical design documents and leading implementation efforts.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
