We are seeking a passionate AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that solve complex problems and drive business innovation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI models, integrate them into software applications, and contribute to advancing our AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms tailored to business needs.

- Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization.

- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI models into production systems.

- Develop scalable and efficient software applications utilizing AI/ML techniques.

- Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.

- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML and incorporate them into projects.

- Write clean, maintainable code and document AI workflows and pipelines.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging AI software components.

- Contribute to the design of AI architectures and pipelines, ensuring robustness and reliability.

- Assist in setting up automated model training, deployment, and monitoring processes.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in AI software development or machine learning engineering.

- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.

- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.

- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.

- Experience with data processing tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services.

- Knowledge of software development best practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
