- Lead and manage a high-performing software development team, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivery timelines.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture through mentoring, coaching, and skills development.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring adherence to quality, scope, and schedule.
- Implement and facilitate Agile methodologies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to enhance team productivity.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and other cross-functional teams to align R&D efforts with business strategies and customer needs.
- Track, analyze, and report on key R&D performance metrics, ensuring strategic objectives are met.
- Champion innovation, accountability, and ownership within the team and broader organization.
Technical Skills & Expertise :
- Strong expertise in software development with hands-on experience in modern programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of software architecture principles, microservices, and API-driven development.
- Knowledge of database technologies including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong background in software testing methodologies and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with performance tuning, code reviews, and ensuring code quality standards
