Software Development Manager/Architect - Java/AngularJS

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Manager / Architect with a strong background in Java Full Stack development to lead engineering teams and drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance applications.

This role requires a combination of hands-on development, architectural expertise, and team leadership, with a focus on building modern applications using microservices architecture and cloud-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Leadership & Architecture :

- Drive adoption of microservices architecture using Spring Boot

- Lead technical design discussions and ensure adherence to best practices

2. Full Stack Development :

- Java (Spring Boot)

- Angular / JavaScript (Frontend)

- Build and maintain end-to-end full-stack applications

- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services

3. Team Management & Delivery :

- Drive sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery timelines

- Ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews and best practices

4. Microservices & Integration :

- Develop and manage microservices-based applications

- Handle database design and integration with data workflows

- Ensure seamless integration across systems and services

5. DevOps & Deployment :

- CI/CD pipelines

- Deployment and release management

- Ensure application scalability, reliability, and performance

6. Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

- Communicate progress, risks, and architecture decisions effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10 to 13 years of experience in software development

Strong expertise in :

- Java Full Stack development

- Spring Boot (Microservices)

- Angular / JavaScript

Experience with :

- API development

- Database design and integration

- DevOps and CI/CD practices

Prior experience as :

- Developer - Tech Lead / Architect / Manager (mandatory progression)

Good to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Exposure to Docker / Kubernetes

- Experience in enterprise or product-based environments
