- Design, build, and own scalable end-to-end test automation frameworks (React frontend + Node.js/Python backend).

- Lead the entire test strategy planning, test case design, execution, and reporting.

- Implement and maintain E2E tests using Cypress (strongly preferred) or Playwright.

- Build comprehensive API test suites (REST) using Supertest, Jest, Postman/Newman, etc.

- Fully integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Jenkins / GitLab CI).

- Identify risks early, triage failures, and drive resolutions with developers.

- Mentor engineers and champion shift-left testing and quality-first culture.

- Ensure rock-solid reliability for a platform that impacts cancer patient outcomes.

Requirements :

- 3 - 7 years of hands-on SDET / Automation Engineer experience.

- Very strong JavaScript and/or TypeScript.

- Deep expertise in Cypress (strongly preferred) OR Playwright.

- Proven experience testing complex React-based web applications.

- Strong experience testing Node.js backends and REST APIs.

- Hands-on with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

- Comfortable with Git, Jira, Agile/Scrum.

- Builder mindset, you love owning things end-to-end.

Nice-to-Have :

- Python automation (Selenium, Playwright Python, or RPA tools).

- BDD with Cucumber/Gherkin.

- Performance/load testing (k6, Locust, JMeter).

- Exposure to GCP or any cloud platform.

- Experience in healthtech or regulated environments is a big plus.
