- Experience : 7 year of experience as SDET with Python & MongoDB skill set

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools using Python.

- Develop test strategies, scripts, and utilities for validating microservices and distributed systems.

- Conduct functional, integration, performance, and reliability testing across environments.

- Ensure systems meet scalability, fault tolerance, and high-availability requirements.

- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.

- Monitor and analyze test results using Datadog or similar observability platforms.

- Identify, reproduce, and troubleshoot complex defects, providing actionable insights.

- Continuously improve automation efficiency, test coverage, and quality metrics.

Core Requirements :

- Good experience in developing test tools and test automation.

- Experience in working in testing micro services and distributed systems

- Good experience in scalability, reliability, performance, and fault tolerance aspects

- Good programming in Python

- Working experience with MongoDB, Datadog, Automation test frameworks for micro services testing

- Good testing mindset to think about different test scenarios and execute those in a test environment
