We are looking for a highly motivated Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with 2- 4 years of experience who is strong in automation and manual testing, and can take complete ownership of assigned features.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium for UI automation and Rest Assured for API automation.

- Take full ownership of assigned features and perform complete manual testing, including functional, integration, and non-functional testing.

- Analyze requirements, define test strategy, create detailed test cases, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Debug issues effectively and collaborate with developers to identify root causes.

- Execute test cases, report bugs with clear details, and track them to closure.

- Participate in all stages of SDLC and STLC, ensuring quality at each phase.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases consistently.

Required Skills :

- Solid understanding of testing concepts, test design techniques, and test strategies.

- Mandatory experience in API testing and validating JSON/XML responses.

- Hands-on experience in writing test cases and defect reporting.

- Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver automation.

- Good debugging and analytical skills.

- Ability to take ownership and work independently on end-to-end testing.

- Ability to analyze logs, debug API issues, and identify root causes.

- Good communication and analytical skills.

- Good to have API automation knowledge using Rest Assured.
