Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, leveraging scripting languages such as Python, JAVA, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP.

- Hands-on Functional Testing experience with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion and Financials.

- Analyze and improve existing test automation strategies and processes.

- Drive automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams across shores and define efficient methods to create.

- Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing.

- Empower and enhance delivery from offshore ensure close coordination.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement.

- Lead initiatives to drive reusability and consistency with industry standard best practices.

- Mentor and train team members on best practices in test automation.

- Create detailed documentation for testing strategies and processes.

Qualifications :

- 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation and 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead and driving improvements

- Mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, Mobile and APIs

- Experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium.

- Proven experience in designing test automation frameworks using various scripless automation tools including but not limited to Tosca, Test Complete, Robot Framework.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes.
