Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable automation frameworks using Java, Python, and JavaScript to accelerate release cycles and reduce manual testing overhead.

- Lead the integration of performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline to proactively identify bottlenecks and ensure system stability under high load.

- Mentor and guide a team of QA engineers, fostering technical excellence and best practices in test-driven development to elevate the overall quality bar.

- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to streamline deployment processes, ensuring seamless integration and high-availability across environments.

- Evaluate and adopt modern testing tools like Playwright, Cypress, and Jest to optimize test coverage and execution speed for complex web and mobile applications.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building end-to-end automation frameworks from scratch using Java, Python, or JavaScript, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

- Proven ability to design and execute performance testing strategies that provide actionable insights into application scalability and reliability.

- Strong proficiency in CI/CD orchestration and DevOps practices, enabling automated testing within complex, distributed cloud environments.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical quality strategies to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional team decisions.
