We are seeking a highly skilled SDET with 4- 6 years of experience in test automation across Web, API, Mobile, and Desktop platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership abilities, hands-on expertise in automation frameworks, CI/CD, Agile processes, and proven experience in leading and upskilling QA teams. This role involves defining test strategies, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring high quality deliverables across the product lifecycle.

Primary Skills (Must-Have) :

Automation & Tools :

- Selenium WebDriver with Java

- Appium for mobile automation (Android and iOS)

- WinAppDriver for desktop test automation

- Strong experience with TestNG, Cucumber, Maven, Git

- Working knowledge of Playwright and TypeScript frameworks

Testing Expertise :

- Strong experience in Web, API, Mobile, and Desktop automation

- Test planning, test strategy creation, and end-to-end test execution

- Designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, testing principles, and best practices

- Postman for API testing

Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have) :

- Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms such as BrowserStack and Sauce Labs

- Familiarity with performance testing tools

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor an SDET and QA team to ensure high-quality deliveries

- Drive automation strategy across Web, API, Mobile, and Desktop platforms

- Ensure comprehensive test coverage through automated and selective manual testing

- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams

- Conduct code reviews for automation scripts and promote best practices

- Enhance and maintain automation frameworks and evaluate new technologies

- Own and track quality metrics across releases

- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and align test efforts with sprint goals
