About the Role :

We are hiring a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join a leading software development company. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in automation testing, framework development, and solid programming skills in C# or Java. Hands-on experience with UiPath or strong proficiency in Selenium and C# is required.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for UI and functional testing.

- Develop and execute automated test scripts using C#/Java and Selenium.

- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to identify and resolve defects early in the SDLC.

- Work with BDD frameworks like SpecFlow for behavior-driven development.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and integrate automated tests.

- Utilize TestComplete for test automation including object recognition and control handling.

- Create and manage data-driven test suites and ensure comprehensive coverage.

- Perform performance testing and identify system bottlenecks using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.

- Contribute to improving test coverage, quality, and reliability across products.

- Participate in code reviews, automation strategy discussions, and technical documentation.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong programming skills in C# (Java or Python is an added advantage)

- Hands-on experience in Selenium and framework development.

- Experience with BDD, SpecFlow, NUnit, and Visual Studio.

- Solid knowledge of UiPath for automation testing (preferred).

- Good understanding of object recognition (controls, windows, etc.).

- Ability to write complex test scripts in C#/JavaScript.

- Familiarity with TestComplete and data-driven testing methodologies.

- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and scripting (Python, PowerShell preferred).

- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.

- Knowledge of healthcare domain is an added advantage.
