We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong problem-solving abilities and expertise in automation framework development. The ideal candidate will have experience with AI technologies and AWS cloud services to support our testing initiatives in a modern, cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation testing frameworks using Python and other relevant technologies

- Create comprehensive test strategies for web applications, APIs, and cloud-based services

- Implement AI-driven testing solutions to enhance test coverage and efficiency

- Develop and execute automated test suites for functional, integration, and performance testing

- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to testing best practices

- Work with AWS services to build scalable testing infrastructure

Required Skills & Experience :

Core Testing & Automation :

- 4+ years of experience in test automation and framework development, strong proficiency in Python, experience with automation tools (Selenium, Pytest, TestNG), knowledge of API testing frameworks (REST, GraphQL), understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

AI & Machine Learning :

- Experience with AI/ML testing methodologies and tools, knowledge of AI model validation and testing approaches, familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, understanding of data quality testing for ML pipelines, experience with AI-powered test generation and optimization.

AWS Cloud Services :

- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation), knowledge of AWS testing tools and services (AWS Device Farm, CodeBuild, CodePipeline), experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), understanding of cloud-native testing strategies.

Technical Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, experience with version control systems (Git), knowledge of database testing (SQL, NoSQL), experience with performance and load testing tools.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- AWS certifications (Developer Associate, Solutions Architect)

- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Datadog)

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
