Description : This role focuses on building robust automated test frameworks and executing performance testing to ensure our applications meet functional and scalability requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills, a passion for automation, and experience in performance testing methodologies.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.

- Implement and execute performance, load, and stress tests to validate system scalability and reliability.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality standards.

- Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.

- Document test strategies, plans, and results for transparency and compliance.

- Troubleshoot automation and performance issues across multiple environments.

Must Have & Desired Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in test automation and performance testing.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#.

- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).

- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA best practices.

- Expertise in API testing and automation using tools like Postman.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Experience with containerization

- Knowledge of observability tools for performance monitoring.

- Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- ISTQB or similar QA certification.

- Experience with security testing and Develops practices.

Education : Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
