Job Description :

As a Software Development Engineer 1/2 (SDE 1/2) - Frontend, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing user interfaces for our flagship products. You will work closely with a talented team of engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to create intuitive and visually appealing web applications that provide our clients with a seamless experience in managing and understanding their cyber security risks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our product's user-facing aspects and shape cybersecurity technology's future.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to understand requirements and translate them into elegant, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces.

- Develop new features and enhance existing frontend components of our digital risk assessment and threat intelligence prediction software.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern web technologies such as HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.

- Optimize web applications for performance, ensuring fast loading times and smooth user interactions.

- Implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.

- Collaborate with the backend team to define and consume APIs, ensuring efficient data exchange between the frontend and backend systems.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.

- Identify and troubleshoot frontend defects, performance bottlenecks, and browser compatibility issues, proposing effective solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, applying them to improve the user experience and front-end development processes.

- Collaborate with the documentation team to create clear and comprehensive user guides and documentation for front-end components and features.

Requirements :

- 2+ years of industry experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on building complex web applications.

- Proficiency in modern web technologies such as HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript.

- Experience with frontend frameworks and libraries like React, React Query, and NextJS.

- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and ability to collaborate effectively with designers.

- Familiarity with frontend build tools, package managers, and module bundlers (e. g.,

Webpack, npm, or Yarn).

- Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with backend developers to integrate

frontend and backend systems.

- Solid understanding of software development best practices, version control systems (e. g., Git), and agile development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric front-end solutions.
