Software Development Engineer - Java/Node.js

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Engineer (SDE) with strong proficiency in Java, golang to join our dynamic engineering team in Hyderabad. As an SDE (Backend), you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Backend applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Requirements :

- Good product-based / e-commerce background : Experience working on Product/e-commerce platforms or similar complex systems is highly preferred.

- Having an entrepreneurial spirit, you are driven to see people using your creation, and long for the opportunity to build pioneering solutions to challenging problems

- Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.

- Deftness at object-oriented design and systems architecture and Mastery of the tools of the trade, including a variety of modern programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C/C++, Golang, Node JS, Objective C), open-source technologies (Spring, Hibernate), and platforms (Windows, Macintosh, Linux).

- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.

- Experience mentoring junior software engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers.

- Experience influencing software engineers' best practices within your team.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- B. E/B. Tech/M. E/M. Tech/Phd degree in computer science or related fields, or equivalent experience, is required.

- Bring 8-12 years of software engineering and product delivery experience, with a strong background in algorithms and high-performance distributed systems.

- Strong expertise in Java and at least one of Golang or Node.js .

- You will be collaborating with your peers to drive the effective delivery of projects executed in India.

- Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers and lead the development of new cloud-based solutions impacting millions of customers worldwide.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
