Software Development Engineer III - React Native Applications

As an SDE 3 - React Native Developer, you will take end-to-end ownership of our mobile app experiencebuilding high-performance, scalable, and delightful user interfaces that are used by millions every day. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to translate vision into reliable code, with a deep focus on user experience, performance, and maintainability. This is a high-impact engineering role where you'll drive critical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and help shape the foundation of our mobile architecture as we scale across India and international markets.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain high-quality mobile apps using React Native, optimized for performance, scalability, and smooth UX.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend) to deliver features that delight users.

- Take ownership of modules and drive them from design to deployment.

- Architect clean, reusable, and well-tested code for long-term maintainability.

- Implement analytics, deep linking, notifications, and third-party integrations as needed.

- Ensure app performance across a range of devices and operating systems.

- Stay updated with the latest in React Native, mobile performance techniques, and ecosystem tools.

- Mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices.

Requirements:

- 4-7 years of experience in frontend/mobile development, with 2+ years in React Native.

- Strong command over JavaScript, TypeScript, and mobile-specific UI/UX patterns.

- Hands-on experience integrating APIs, animations, push notifications, and analytics.

- Familiarity with app performance optimization and debugging tools.

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc. ).

- Understanding of both iOS and Android development nuances.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, OTA updates (CodePush), and mobile release cycles.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a bias for action.

- Ability to work in fast-paced, product-focused environments.
