We are looking for a highly skilled SDE III Frontend (React Native) to lead the development of scalable, high-performance mobile applications used by a large user base. This role demands strong ownership of mobile architecture, code quality, performance, and reliability. You will work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Platform teams to deliver seamless, visually rich, and robust mobile experiences across iOS and Android.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and optimization of large-scale React Native applications

- Own mobile architecture decisions, including modularization, performance tuning, and long-term scalability

- Build high-quality, animation-rich user experiences using advanced gesture handling and animation frameworks

- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of complex UI/UX designs with a strong focus on usability and performance

- Implement and maintain offline-first capabilities, caching strategies, and efficient local storage mechanisms

- Collaborate with backend and platform teams to integrate APIs, real-time services, and personalization systems

- Drive app performance, stability, and reliability, including crash reduction, memory optimization, and smooth rendering Set and uphold frontend engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to raising the overall engineering bar within the mobile team

- Partner with Product and Analytics teams to support A/B testing, instrumentation, and data-driven iterations

- Actively participate in release planning, monitoring production issues, and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills :

- 5 - 7 years of professional experience building mobile applications using React Native

- Deep expertise in React Native internals, rendering pipeline, and native bridge concepts

- Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript, with solid understanding of React patterns and hooks

- Hands-on experience with gesture systems, animations, and performance-sensitive UI components

- Proven experience architecting and maintaining large-scale mobile codebases

- Strong understanding of iOS and Android build pipelines, app distribution, OTA updates, and CI/CD workflows

- Experience debugging crashes, memory leaks, performance bottlenecks, and production issues Familiarity with mobile performance monitoring, logging, and analytics tools Soft Skills

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail High ownership mindset with the ability to drive features end-to-end

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, product-driven environments
