Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain scalable front-end applications using React.js and Redux

- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UI with HTML5/CSS3

- Optimize React components for cross-device & cross-browser performance

- Collaborate with backend engineers and product managers to deliver seamless integrations

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented front-end code

- Debug and troubleshoot UI issues, enhance performance proactively

- Follow best practices in Git workflows, code reviews, and deployment pipelines

Must-Have Skills :

- 10+ years of front-end development experience in product-based companies (B2B/B2C)

- Advanced proficiency in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

- Experience with Figma and a strong eye for design and pixel perfection

- Prior work with Chrome Extensions and browser APIs

- Hands-on with Git and modern IDEs (VS Code, WebStorm)

- Proven technical leadership in UI/UX and front-end architecture

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Next.js, server-side rendering (SSR), or hybrid React frameworks

- Familiarity with TypeScript, TailwindCSS, or CSS-in-JS libraries

- Knowledge of Storybook and reusable component libraries

- Exposure to performance optimizations (code-splitting, lazy loading)

- Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and testing frameworks

- Open-source contributions or published technical content is a plus
