Software Development Engineer III - Python/Full Stack

About the Role

As an SDE 3 Python Fullstack, you will lead a team of full-stack engineers working on scalable web applications, backend services, and cloud-based platforms.

You will be responsible for the technical architecture, team leadership, and product delivery, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership

- Drive technical excellence, code quality, and best engineering practices.

- Define and implement scalable system architectures for high-performance applications.

Technical Strategy & Architecture

- Optimize database structures, backend APIs, and frontend performance.

- Ensure microservices-based architecture, CI/CD automation, and cloud scalability.

Team & Project Management

- Manage agile development processes, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

Technical Stack & Development :

Backend: Python, Django/FastAPI, Node.js.

Frontend: React.js, Next.js.

Tools: Git, Jira, Elasticsearch, Kafka.

Performance & Security :

- Implement security best practices, authentication, and authorization (OAuth, JWT).

- Monitor and improve system observability using logging, monitoring, and alerting tools.
