We are hiring an experienced Java Developer (SDE3) who will play a critical role in building robust, scalable backend systems. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to drive design and architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

- Design and build REST APIs and microservices that are reliable and scalable.

- Take ownership of features and system components across the software lifecycle.

- Design and implement CI/CD workflows with tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

- Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and system optimizations.

- Work on distributed systems in a cloud-native environment, ensuring fault-tolerance and scalability.

Must-Have Skills :

- Expert in Java and advanced experience with the Spring Boot framework.

- Proven experience building and scaling REST APIs and microservices.

- Hands-on with CI/CD automation and DevOps tools.

- Experience in working with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and Kafka.

- Strong understanding of system design, performance optimization, and best coding practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
