We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Software Development Engineer 3 (SDE 3) to lead the design and development of scalable, resilient, and enterprise-grade software systems.

The ideal candidate will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineering teams, and contribute to building high-quality distributed applications.

The role demands deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, strong system design knowledge, and hands-on development experience across modern technologies and cloud-native platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable distributed systems and enterprise applications.

- Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle activities.

- Develop highly scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices.

- Drive architectural discussions and technology decisions.

- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews.

- Ensure high coding standards, security, scalability, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, DevOps, QA, and Business teams.

- Build fault-tolerant and highly available systems.

- Optimize database performance and application reliability.

- Contribute to DevOps automation and cloud infrastructure improvements.

- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues.

- Participate in hiring and technical evaluations.

Required Skills :

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in Java / Golang / Python / Node.js.

- Extensive experience with Microservices and Distributed Architecture.

- Strong understanding of System Design and Low-Level Design concepts.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.

- Experience with event-driven systems using Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Strong database knowledge including SQL and NoSQL systems.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.

- Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or Datadog.

- Strong understanding of caching, API gateways, and performance tuning.

- Knowledge of security best practices and scalable architecture patterns.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to AI/ML-based platforms or data-intensive systems.

- Experience working in high-scale product organizations.

- Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.

- Knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Strong product engineering background preferred.
